Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Ash & Erie fit, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice and affix the prepaid return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package off at any USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
